I use a Turtle Wax Chrome Polish. It is a gritty paste liquid that breaks down the build up of tar, smooths out the mild pits in the clear coat, and seal the surface with a good hard protective coat. I live in Texas and weather and road junk is just part of the experience. Hope this helps you!
